Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by ResultCrafter.

2. Description of service

AI Manager is a conversational AI platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent agents across messaging channels including WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, web chat, and others. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase and accepting waitlist registrations.

3. Waitlist and early access

By joining the waitlist, you express interest in using the Service when it becomes available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, create a service obligation, or constitute a binding contract. We will contact you when your spot is ready based on availability and prioritization criteria.

4. User accounts

When the Service launches, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to mislead or deceive end users about AI involvement

6. Intellectual property

AI Manager is based on the MIT-licensed TileDesk open-source project. The Service, including its modifications, branding, and additional features developed by ResultCrafter, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Service availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including during the pre-launch phase. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResultCrafter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
